We are delighted that the 2nd phase of a mixed-use development at Treledan, Saltash for Bloor Homes has received the green light, receiving Reserved Matters approval.

Our Exeter landscape team developed details from the outline approved scheme for the 300+ unit proposal which also included a Neighbourhood Centre and three extensive areas of open space.  The open space comprises; The Common (a linear open space focused on food production with allotments, orchard and edible forest planting); the Woodland Park (featuring an amphitheatre, kickabout area and SuDs with a nearby equipped play area while the third area); and the Southern Park (includes a public art focal point, open grasslands and parkland tree planting and accommodates a cycle link to a new crossing over the A38).  We enjoyed working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary consultant team as well as carrying out extensive consultation with officers from Cornwall Council.
